It is the first time I comment such an announcement, but this one concerns me directly as I have just bought the DSLR-100 which is meant to be replaced within this end of February by the newly announced DSLR-200.
From what I can read, no big changes compared to the DSLR-100 (same CCD, same 18-70 or 75-300 lenses and globally, same features). Major improvements concern higher ISO sensibility (up to 3,200 ISO compared to 1,600 for the α100), better digital noise control in high sensibilities (same software as in the α700), improved anti-blur system (also borrowed from the α700) and a 1.7x quicker AF.
On the other hand, it seems the new model has no depth-of-field preview button, nor “zone system” mode.
You can see the other differences on Sony’s website. I won’t need to sell my newly acquired DSLR!
